Thanks My problem resolved
Hi I checked the php-scrip.log file from /var/log and I found that it is not able to find php modules files in /etc/php.d so find all php module files and copied module files from /usr/lib/php4 to /etc/php.d.

After login I am not able to get a next screen
I installed cacti in RHEL 4. Installation goes trough ok. but after login using username:admin and password:admin .I am not getting next page.It is not showing me any login error like "username or password wrong". Please suggest.Screen shot of last screen i am getting after login is attach...
