Cacti Was Working not is not

Sorry its me again with many questions. My cacti was working fine until around 4 in the morning. And now cacti is not displaying any new data save(I don´t know if the poller is saving the information gained).

I saw this error today in the morning.

Then run: snmpwalk -v 1 -c public 10.2.127.17 system FROM your cacti server.
Sorry for asking but.

I need go to go to:
--> run
--> cmd
--> some direction or to: snmpwalk -v 1 -c public 10.2.127.17

The snmp is working in another tool. It is working in mrtg.

Hi its me again with another problem. I had added devices to cacti and them work fine. Now I am trying to add a new device and it gave me this error.

Did you specify a valid username/password for the cacti scheduled task?

Maybe the poller is not working fine.
