we have cacti setup to poll snmp data across several cisco switches and its been working well for the most part for quite some time using 0.8.6i we found suddently 2 weeks ago one of the switches stopped graphing to cacti and we are at a bit of a loss to explain whats going on cacti says the switch ...

Ive got a weird issue where new users we add cant view any graphs despite their permissions being set correctly
Ive selected allow for all graph permissions and selected graphs i want them to view but they get no results when logged in to view
anyone have any ideas?
