after playing around a little bit i rebuilt the poller cache from the command line, as opposed to in the web interface, and now things appear to be relatively normal again. i can create graphs, and the pages are no longer contradicting themselves with the information they are displaying. thanks for ...

though, i did notice my poller cache showed empty when i viewed it before clearing it. however, running a show command on the poller's sql table showed there was data inside of it.

Ok I've (momently ?) solved the problem : 1. Stop poller 2. run php repair_database.php => no errors found same result for me. 3. run mysqlcheck --auto-repair --databases cacti all databases processed porperly 4. run myisamchk -r host_snmp_cache.MYI ran it on the specific MYI file with no result in...

nope, its running normally, however since i did the upgrade i haven't noticed that cacti is running any differently, nor have i received any errors thus far, so maybe it will be just fine without them.

had to do a lil cacti upgrade since i wasnt caught up, but after taht they imported successfullly. all but the mail queues seems to be working. im going to try and fiddle around a little that one and see if i can get it to populate too, as this is the one that i would use the most. thanks!

when upgrading to 0.8.7b i completed all the necessary steps as outlined in the upgrade guide. all goes well, when i login to cacti the first time, it does the sql queries to update the database, all appear to complete, except a few. when i run then manually as the root user they all fail there as w...

im not quite sure if i fully understand what counters you are talking about. so the likely answer there is no i guess. but if you could elaborate a little bit more on that i would appreciate it. (the system doing the polling is not a 64 bit system)
