You have both links with the same name... try this code:

LINK 2821-1.brd-AT&T-East
NODES 2821-1.brd:W AT&T-East:SW
BANDWIDTH 1.5M

NODES 2821-1.brd:E AT&T-East:SE
BANDWIDTH 1.5M

Ok, uhmm...so set BWLABEL as none and make a NODE instead will do the trick.

Using snmptt Hope this helps, these are the files you gotta worry about. This will putt the snmptt logs in /var/log/snmptt.log syslog-ng will pull it from there. I had to touch a few of the log files, it didnt create them. From haloe then you can create alerts for device up down etc. more /etc/snmp...
