the version is 1.2.21. There is no icon be show the right of graph. how do i to do ?

Apache 2.4.25
MySQL 5.6.35
PHP 5.6.30
Cacti 1.0.4

MySQL and Web testing Page is ok. When i visit the cacti/index.php ,it display the message:
Fatal error: Undefined class constant 'MYSQL_ATTR_FOUND_ROWS
