Last Scanned: Never PA2.1

Does anyone know why PA 2.1 and/or cacti 0.8.7b will not scan for plugins? I am trying to install NPC, which requires this feature of PA2.1 to work. All I see under all of the plugin management is blank spaces and below that is

The NPC 2.0 install guide requires PA 2.x, so im assuming it's just PA 2.1 that is problematic. I would downgrade if I could find PA 2.0

I am running 0.8.7 and have to complete this procedure every few weeks in order to get the graphs back up: This is commonly due to php.ini's memory settings of 8MB default. Change this to at least 64 MB. To check this, please run following sql from mysql cli (or phpmyadmin or the like) Code: select ...

Truncating the database

I continuously have to truncate the mysql database in order to get the graphs to come back to life. This happens about once every 3 weeks. Is there any way to avoid this? Truncate automatically or stop the database from filling up?

no...this data comes from the SNMP-interface statistics data query...however, I have noticed that manually running an snmpwalk on the hosts with a return of 20 somehting has a shorter snmpwalk length...im pretty sure it has something to do with the subtrees in snmpd.conf, which are as follows: view ...

snmpwalk needs more data?

So i believe it is not a cacti problem, but rather an snmpd.conf problem....some of machines return 30+ rows of data from the snmpwalk, but some reutrn only 20 something...and the ones with 20 something do not graph data...they are all RHEL5 machines trying to graph the same data as other working on...

moving cacti to new server

So i am moving cacti to a new RHEL5 machine, and I believe that I have all the required compononents installed and the permissions to the cacti directory correct. However, I cannot see anything except a blank screen when I point my browser at cacti. Anyone experienced this?
