What I eventually did was switching to cactid. Also what I found was a directory on my c-drive form net-snmp that I missed. The reason of missing this directory is because I installed everything on my e-drive instead of the c-drive. The installer of net-snmp annoyingly also puts a dir on c. So check...

Okay! I unzipped the download and replaced the old rrdtool.exe. Checked the permissions. Everything looks fine. Poller.php runs without any error messages in the logs. Got the right rrdtool. Where can I find a corresponding Cygwin version? Just from http://www.cygwin.com/ or is there a better version around?
