Cacti

Very happy we have been looking at replacing cacti because of lack of information and updates. Very excited.

I am not holding my breath .. Cacti is my favorite of all time monitoring tool but the growth and support has slowed to slower then a crawl. I wish we could breath some life into it with some new programmers. I can't do much more then decode but we new some new blood.

Why in the world would you want to run windows and Centos is still the best plain English like linux out there.

I am having the same problem. No graphs after cycle upgrade .

UG I just upgraded to , 1.4 and lost my icons. I am still not sure how to assign objects icons to types of map items. When I get map Items back. Maybe it could be set in the settings that templats groups have map icons assigned to them. Anyway I like it alot and only hope it can have more devolipmen...

It could be done in cacti but maybe it would be better done in your mail server. say cacti-admin1@yourcompany.com than just have it send emails to all of your admins. Than just manage your email group changing it when nessary. If you have a need to create diffrent groups for diffrent thold triggers ...

We provide transport for 6 service providers in our area. Using Thold the Thold tab limits the user to see what is down they have permission to.. I tryed changeing it to 171 and same issue. It would seem that the button just does not show up on the graph. .

And I did at try removing all other plugins but Zond.

yes all boxes are checked. I have tryed both ways enabled for every user and on a per user basis.

Can you stear me to what I might want to look at to see why Zond does not even show up on the graphs ? It will show up on the settings tab and users tab ..

but just not on the graphs. I have even tried disabling all my other graphs ...
