I am facing a problem that in graphs the name of the interface displayed is incomplete. So its become difficult to monitor with out port number in graph. The name of the interface is available in Data Source as displayed in image but not in graph as in image attached.

Can any one tell me, how can I send an email action if a link become down in network weathermap. I have already configured the email action/thresholds in cacti e.g, CPU utilization or memory utilization . But now I want to implement this in Network WeatherMap.
