Upgrading Cacti - Backing up template question
I'm following the Cacti guide on how to upgrade versions. Last night I installed a few new templates .. Among them, BES Server monitoring and ASA 55xx VPN stats, Weather, etc. I understand how to backup the scripts (Weather, etc) but I don't see where Cacti puts the ASA, BES XMLs. I've searched the ...

IIS Worker W3WP errors - randomly occuring
I am experiencing random IIS Worker thread errors. Not sure how to determine what is causing. The install is clean using the latest Windows installer version of Cacti.
I'm going to attempt to attach picture of error messages.

So lets say I follow the guide and install Cacti using your windows installer. Currently it is installing 0.8.6i .. If I want to upgrade to .0.8.6j -- do I follow the same set of instructions that you linked? Just want to make sure I am on the same page with you.

Pre-patched process
I read in the FAQ about applying the pre-patched patches. Would the process be:
Starting at my version: go into the next "pre-patched" folder and copy the files to the appropriate location? Repeat process till I reach the last patch level.. Is this correct?
