All graphs from a particular graph template stopped updating

After having some issues with the Interface - Traffic (bits/sec, 95th Percentile) graph template not working for newly created graphs, I thought maybe it somehow got modified, because the debug output was very different from the older graphs did work. So, I tried to reimport that template from anoth...

Thanks...I did reach the conclusion that after the graph is made, the template doesn't matter. It appears that some how my template got messed up, maybe during an import or something. Can anyone export a "fresh" Interface - Traffic (bits/sec, 95th Percentile) graph template and post it her...

New graphs with same template no longer work

Hello fellow Cacti users, For some reason, all of the sudden, any new graphs I create using the same template I've been using for the last year or two, don't work, with rrdtool failing to be able to produce a graph. However, existing graphs that were created awhile ago using the same template still ...

Re: Cisco SFP (with DOM) Optical value plugin v0.1

I've created a small plugin to monitor Cisco SFP's (with DOM -- digital optical monitoring) (like this one http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/modules/ps5455/products_data_sheet0900aecd8033f885.html ) and create a graph with the optical transmit/receive values. These are awesome! I posted a mess...

I've made simple templates before (in fact I learned from reading the excellent docs in your signature). I was just checking to see if someone had already done the work, as I'll have to dig up the OIDs and such. Thanks though.

Anyone have templates for Vernier EdgeWalls?

Looking mainly for a count of user sessions or anything else. If anyone has anything and would like to share, please post.

Cisco DOM (Digital Optical Monitoring)

Has anyone written a template for Cisco DOM support? I'm basically looking to graph the results of the SNMP equivalent of "show interface xxxx transceiver" on DOM compatible XENPAKs on 6500s and 7600s. I haven't had much luck finding the right OID, but I haven't put much time into it eithe...

That's a good point. I could have sworn I did than on an X450, but thinking back, I had the X450s earlier, I may have mucked with the template and changed the OID for the 8810. I never really used these in production, I just did a quick check to make sure I could monitor what I wanted to monitor and...

The spaces worked fine for me. Maybe a FreeBSD vs. Windows thing. Btw, did my version help your polling time at all? I never really used it the other way, so I wasn't sure how much benefit I received by redoing it.

I'm running j and cactid, but I took DevilSun's original work and modified it to remove the perl script and do via direct snmp query instead, since I poll about a hundred of these units. I still do C to F conversion, but its done in a CDEF instead. I also modified the colors to match the ones on the...

Did you try .1.3.6.1.4.1.1916.1.32.1.4.1.9.11? I used that for just a basic 0-100% utilization graph on an X450 and an 8810 that I had out for demo about 9 months ago. A lot of the other OIDs I believe are deprecated from ExtremeWare. At least that was the explanation I recall when I inquired about ...

I just tried increasing it to 5 minutes and then to 10 minutes and finally it worked, and it took pretty much that long. Maybe its my version of php (5.2.0). I'm not a php guy, but someone else in the office said the XML parsing in php is not particulary efficient.

Increased memory used in 0.8.6j?

I recently upgraded from 0.8.6i to 0.8.6j with the plugin architecture. No updates were made to php (5.2.0), the config, or anything else on the system (FreeBSD 6.1) besides installing the new cacti version. I used to run php with a memory_limit of 16 megs. After the upgrade to 0.8.6j, poller.php wo...
