Can someone upload the Zone Statistics Templates?

I am getting "Error: XML: Cacti version does not exist." every time I try to import a template. I started getting this error after upgrading to 0.8.6j from 0.8.6h.

Help!!!

I understand there is another thread on multiple CPU (e.g 2-way, 4-way servers). Does this xml takes that in consideration?

The "Custom Data [Template: ucd/net - Device I/O]" is asking for the following info:
Index Type
Index Value
Output Type ID

What should I enter for each?

Would someone be so kind to post the XML for multiple CPU + IOWAIT usage?
