Re: Juniper ERX Edge router PPPoE statistics

It was created for Cacti 0.8.7e version RRDTool 1.2. I suppose there is a problem with supplemental graph template data. Also check validity of your data sources. The newer version might be an incompatible with these templates, but I'm sure that they can be adopted.

I figured it out - SNMP Timeout has to be increased about 6000-10000 ms. In spite of that I have another problem: When I graph a sensor, there is no graph showing at all (No such file or directory) and after investigation I found in data sources : Index Type Data query data sources must be created t...

Hi BorisL, nice work ! I have a problem though. After applying the issue1225.full.patch successfully I still receive : + Running data query [22]. + Found type = '3' [snmp query]. + Found data query XML file at '/var/www/html/resource/snmp_queries/cisco_sensors.xml' + XML file parsed ok. + Executing ...

I've deleted the folder mactrack and installed plugin from scratch - version 2.5-2.
There is no more errors in log file. Is this all, do I have to make any changes to the database ?

I recreated mac_track_interfaces table as you suggest, but result is the same as before. 1.When I select Devices from Device Tracking section: 04/23/2010 02:17:01 PM - CMDPHP: Poller[0] ERROR: SQL Assoc Failed!, Error:'1054', SQL:"SELECT mac_track_device_types.description as device_type, mac_tr...

Assure yourself that you have an SNMP access to your device first (ACL, firewall etc.)! After that, if you are using your Juniper Edge router as a BRAS you should try to reduce the number of monitored interfaces like that: For example: snmp-server interfaces compress Ip snmp-server interfaces compre...

I am writing in this topic, because of the my previous post, but it also relates to "update 1.x to 2.5 problems": On another machine, which has not mactrack installed, after installing v2.5 and select mactrack tab I received in log: 04/21/2010 02:38:02 AM - CMDPHP: Poller[0] ERROR: SQL Cel...

I have similar errors in my log after installing 2.4: This is when I try to enter device. 04/19/2010 05:21:54 PM - MACTRACK: Poller[0] ERROR: Cacti Device: (0/875): 10.14.2.2, error on save: a:26:{s:9:"device_id";s:1:"0";s:7:"host_id";s:3:"875";s:7:"site_...

In that case I think it would be nice if you can add negation of REGEXP (does not matches regular expression - NOT REGEXP) as OPERATOR item.

Sorry that I am writing in this topic, but I decided not to open a new one for my question.
Here I have applied a tree rule which did not worked. I have used Perl zero-width negative look-ahead assertion.
Is there any limitations regarding usage of regex matches in the plugin?

I found a PHP Script Server (ss_cisco_cpu_usage.php) with timeout=host_timeout*1000 milliseconds (php-snmp timeout is in microseconds), which was disturbing the SPINE poller times. After commenting out this line of the script, SPINE started to poll on equal intervals and everything is normal. Thanks...

Switching from cmd.php to Spine issue

Hi, recently I switched poller from cmd.php to spine. In cacti log I noticed regular appearance of: SPINE: Poller[0] WARNING: SS[0] The PHP Script Server did not respond in time and will therefore be restarted SPINE: Poller[0] WARNING: SS[1] The PHP Script Server did not respond in time and will the...
