It was created for Cacti 0.8.7e version RRDTool 1.2. I suppose there is a problem with supplemental graph template data. Also check validity of your data sources. The newer version might be an incompatible with these templates, but I'm sure that they can be adopted.

I figured it out - SNMP Timeout has to be increased about 6000-10000 ms. Install:
copy ERX-PPPoE.xml to <path_cacti>/resource/snmp_queries/
import cacti_data_query_snmp_-_erx_pppoe_statistics.xml

I found a PHP Script Server (ss_cisco_cpu_usage.php) with timeout=host_timeout*1000 milliseconds (php-snmp timeout is in microseconds), which was disturbing the SPINE poller times. After commenting out this line of the script, SPINE started to poll on equal intervals and everything is normal. Thanks...
