Re: [HOWTO] Use VDEF items

Hi All, I know this is an old post, but I just wanted to let you know that I ended up using this method to create a 95th percentile line (HRULE) along a graph. I didnt use the other 95th percentile method (through cacti) due to the fact that I wanted the 95th percentile for a counter that was not ba...

Hi, I am getting the same issue.

I have put the XML file in the snmp_queries folder, and imported the template and I get the same results as the above screen shot.

I am using the current latest version of cacti.

Any help?

Ok, I think I might know what the problem is. It seems that it could be a Daylight Savings issue. Here in Melbourne Australia, this year our DST was extended for 1 week, but it seems that part of my server knew but the other part didnt. If you have a look in my log files, any line relating to SPINE ...

Hi All, Before people start telling me to go through the "Debug NAN Documentation", I already have. Here is a quick explanation of what is happening, and then will be a list of the troubleshooting steeps I have already taken. I am running Cacti 0.8.7a and spine 0.8.7b I have about 190 host...

I am also having the same issue.

It was working fine when there was only the localhost (fresh cacti install), but when I started adding other devices, it just broke.

I am getting the same messages as above. I wont paste them here cause they will just take up space.

Hi All, I am getting a strange error in my logs. This only appears when I browse the graph management pages for most graphs. 05/02/2007 02:16:36 PM - CMDPHP: Poller[0] ERROR: SQL Assoc Failed "select CONCAT_WS('', case when host.description is null then 'No Host - ' when host.description is not...

Hi lvm, Thanks for the guide, I have gone through it and think I might have located the problem, but am not sure how to fix it. Everything is fine up until step 5. "Check rrd file numbers" I run the command: rrdtool fetch <rrd file> AVERAGE and the last few lines all have nan's in it: 1160...

Script working fine, but graph not drawing properly.

Hi All, I have written a script that gets the wind speed off a website, in both KM/h and Knots. The script returns the values as follows: speedkm:23 SpKN:12 So speedkm is the speed in KM/h (23) and SpKN is the speed in Knots (12). I have watched the poller output and this is the relevant line: 10/11...
