Moving Cacti to a new server
Worked like a champ. Thanks to everybodies help, my Cacti server is on the new box, and polling all of the systems the old one was. All of the old data transferred, and I only had a gap in the graph for a few minutes during the actual transfer. CPU is down from a steady 40%-60% to a steady 1%-4%! :D...

Moving Cacti to a new server.
The two servers are very similar except for the processor speed. The new system is dual processor, and the old was single CPU.
Should I match the versions of Cacti between the servers, or am I Ok using a newer version on the new server?

Moving Cacti to a new server.
I've been running Cacti 0.8.6h on Windows 2003 for about 1 year, but the server is old and I can't add many more systems.. I'd like to move the entire install to a new server, but I don't want to lose the graph data Is there an easy way to move as much as possible of the old server to the newer syst...
