There is no shadow of doubt that they are installed. If I search the exact paths that cacti requires using slocate i find the required file, '/etc/init.d/snmpd status' says snmp is up and running. Hello, I've installed cacti from the cacti-0.8.5-2.a.0.rh8.dag.i386.rpm . The RPM install was good and returned no errors. Hello! I have cacti up and running on my ubuntu server rc 6.06 with Apache/2.0.55 (Ubuntu) PHP/5.1.2 mod_ssl/2.0.55 OpenSSL/0.9.8a.
