I noticed that as well, but when we put correct password for the account, it still fails ping.

Any other thoughts?

SMTP Fails - need help
We copied the exact settings from our enterprise networked copier, this is a new install. We are able ping the smtp server 192.168.1.252 from the DOS desktop. We are not able to ping the smtp server from the cacti url. I even turned off Defender, with no good pings. From the Cacti LOG; 2025-01-07 15...

Still having issues editing on any of the maps. I cannot find the editor.php file that directions say I need to enable the editor, see below; Since version 0.97, you now also need to enable the editor. The reason is so that you can't have the editor enabled without knowing about it. The editor allow...

Re: Weathermap - Cacti 1.x compatible release available for testing - RESOLVED
I thank you for the help.
I am a novice user of this setup. It appears, I need to change the folder permissions for the lib directory.
Finally the Cacti has shown the sample map.
Do you agree?

Re: Weathermap - Cacti 1.x compatible release available for testing
Rno,
Perfect, now that I changed the name it shows up, and lets me create a map.
Of course I still have an issue, if you have time.
I went to create the map, and clicked add map to weathermap.
When I select to change the title, I get the following error - see attached. Page not working
Thanks

Re: Weathermap - Cacti 1.x compatible release available for testing
I put the zipped weathermap file in the C:\Apache24\htdocs\cacti\plugins directory.
When I select plugins from the console, nothing is shown, what is needed for this to be visible.
I did rename the weathermap file to just weathermap.
now it seems to be available

Re: Weathermap - Cacti 1.x compatible release available for testing
Hi MrRat or anyone,
This is on a windows 10 system, and I used the Apache version instead of IIS.
Please see the Dir picture attached.
I do not know the structure of where the file goes, and does it need to be the zip file or the unzipped file?
Thanks

Re: New install not creating graphs
Macon,
I would like to delete this thread for another one that is closer to the issue.
Either way, you helped me, I found the templates at the bottom.
Just have a greater issue.
Thanks

Re: Cacti not showing Realtime Graphs
Macan,
Noob question, I am currently running 1.2.27, with the newer 1.2.29 - how would I install that over the current install?

Re: Fresh install Windows, having graph issue
When I ran the installer, everything was GREEN or had no red flags.
I believe all the permissions were good to go. If you think I missed something please advise.
This shows the Poller as idle, is that normal?

Fresh install Windows, having graph issue - RESOLVED
Decided to take off the windows server and put on a SFM.
The issue is when I go to look at the graphs on the graphs tab, it shows errors.
When I use the management graph view it shows ok.
Please see attached.
