Forum outbound mail not supporting TLS
Hello, It looks like mail from the forum's mail server, mail.cacti.net (23.166.80.13), does not support SMTP-over-TLS for outbound mail. Can this be enabled? It's 2023, most Internet mail servers support encryption, let's use it. It's easy to enable in Postfix. It should probably be signing messages...
