Sadly, many lines in php.ini file were uncommented and that was error for me all the time.
Now it all work like charm.

Hello again, Quick update about progress. On PHP-FPM (PHP Web) side in www.conf i have missed line php_admin_value[max_execution_time] = 60, so when i add this it works perfect.
