It looks like tomorrow is the day umakemep will push me from 7th to 8th. You can see from the ratio of time to points that I have a number of pretty slow machines. sad

Hopefully by spring some upgrades will be available in my price range.

Playing with the newest version of Mac OS X, Tiger. So far so good. Windows does not even come close. raised eyebrow

Now, just trying to find where the boinc files are so I can control it with boincview.

Oh, I've got all my PC's at work and home on boincview.
This tool is indispensable! I'm just having problems finding the gui_rpc_auth.cfg file on the mac.

Glad to hear from you.
My internet connection has gone flaky the last few days. I have wireless broadband. Haven't yet figured out what the problem is. The provider says nothing on their end changes and nothing changes on my end. Comes and goes randomly. Been stable for a long time. Until this problem gets sorted out my ability to use the internet will be haphazard at best. The good thing is even when it comes on for only a few minutes, my crunchers up and download like mad and get to keep going.
