Team captains cannot change the team logo

Team captains cannot change the team logo. The form for changing the team properties does NOT contain an edit box for changing the team logo. When I changed the description, I ended up with losing the team logo!

Can you please make the appropriate change in the Edit Team web form? Thank you.
