Problem with display of graphics??

I don't know if this is a display error or if it was designed this way, but the FAQ under HDC explains the display of the graphics. In the description there is a red box surrounding the area that is being magnified, but my display has no red box around the part that is being explored. I know that is the "other" version, but was it designed this way or is it a display error???

Thanks for the graphics!!!

Glen

At this time there will not be a red box surrounding where the Filter and Distance mask were pulled from. This may be added on a later release of HDC BOINC graphics.

Thank you for the feedback.

Re: Problem with display of graphics??

HPF2 related, but was the alignment of elements per the below screenshot intentionally off. Get the same irrespective the resolution 800, 1024, 1200, 1600, where the top element e.g. look off centre.... in fact all looks off centre.

Screendrivers etc are all up to snuff.

Maybe something to tweak with the 5.1.2.0 version Rick mentioned in the HPF2 slow progress thread. Cosmetics, but if its to run for a long time :D

You'll have to clarify what you are talking about as I don't see anything that is wrong in your screenshot.

Re: Problem with display of graphics??

Starting from top element, not centered, the left margin of the main body seems much wider than left. As said, it's just cosmetics, or could be my drivers.... have seen this strange offish-ness with other none-WCG progs before.

Nothing to worry bout... just square headed, like my over-organised desk ;>)

Re: Problem with display of graphics??

The display is asymmetrical. This is what it was designed to look like. Actually, it is like another previous project: Human Proteome Folding. It's essentially the same design as HPF with a different color scheme.
