During the weekend, I could not access any of the WCG servers. I assume this was a problem on the WCG side, but some problems showed up on my end, too.
After completing a work unit, the BOINC client started another, and tried to send the first. But every time submission of the first WU failed, the WU currently running reported an error and restarted itself!  So, I stopped running WCG, and started another project, Riesel Sieve. But every time BOINC tried to send in the WCG WUs, as you can see in this forum post Riesel Sieve's WU was restarted, too! |

The server was unavailable for planned maintenance for 2 hours yesterday - I assume that's what you are talking about.
Normally BOINC works perfectly fine when it can't get a netwrk connection. Please will you post the messages from that period so we can try to diagnose the problem? |
