Gently Gently dear Dirk...... u forgot all about the Cornish wines....no good English cheese should go without, to bring out the flavour ![]() OK you got me there - I just remembered the bottle of Italian wine we drank last night! With a good Stilton of course! http://www.stiltoncheese.com/ But as you know - Cornish wine is likely to improve thanks to Global warming... http://www.english-wine.com/news.html---------------------------------------- [Edit 1 times, last edit by Dirk Gently at Sep 30, 2006 2:20:14 PM] |

The "factory" chocolate - Hersey's, Nestle's, Cadbury's etc is all ok. But if I really want to get a good tasty, albeit expensive chocolate, I would go to my local neighborhood chocolatier. They make their goods locally and if you really talk nice to them they will make a custom batch. Melt in your mouth goodness.
