Things were different when David A. was our captain. Now Graham pretends to be playing house. No leader no team. I could be looking for a new team soon also. Not easy to find a team, like MOT use to be.

Things were different when David A. was our captain. Now Graham pretends to be playing house. No leader no team. I could be looking for a new team soon also. Not easy to find a team, like MOT use to be. Then let's work on getting MOT back to where it use to be. The decision to stay or leave is yours but I would like to see you stay, as I would any team member. There are no team members that are more or less important than another. That's why we're a team. I won't put a guilt trip on anyone who chooses to leave. That's their decision. If someone does, I would request that you let me know why (here or via email) so that I can see what can be done to address any issues you raise. Even better, raise them before you leave! I wasn't part of MOT when David was Captain so I am not familiar with how it was then. I'm more than open to suggestions about what the team wants to see. I can't speak to your point about Graham. That's between you and him. |
