How does one give up Captaincy of a team?

I wish to pass over as Captain to another team member, but cannot see how to do it.

Any help here would be appriciated. smile

Hi Mucks,

Here you go:

* Go to the home page and sign in. From the My Grid page, select My Team from the left navigation menu, The system will return the team information for the team that you are a member of.
* Press "quit this team" and you will no longer be a member of that team or the team captain. The statistics that you have contributed to this team will stay with that team.
* Then the team captain will reflect "available"
* The new team captain then would go to the team site and select "available" to become the team captain (they must be a team member first)
* In the meantime, you can rejoin the team as a member
* Be sure and arrange with the new team captain to become the team captain, once you have resigned, because anyone may click on "available" and become the captain

Quit your team
Rejoin your team
The first person that gets there and clicks on the "available" under captain will be the new captain.

If you want a specific person to take on the mantle it is best to make the move in tandem.......you quitting the position and your replacement immediately taking it over.

Otherwise anybody could take the position.
