hmmm Super Aguri Honda..... is there a spelling error there as Super Auguri Honda could mean Super Premonitions..... ![]() Because Aguri is the given name of the team president as Williams is, it's of course no, but funny ![]() (if you don't want to read below, please don't do:) By the way, I hate that some fans in Japan appreciate the team in that they are "MADE IN JAPAN". Type is supplyed by Bridgestone, Engine by Honda, team principal and both regular drivers except Montagny are Japanese. Here in Japan the team is characterised with all Japanese. However what the fans say like that sounds absurd. What they should do there is to race, not to be seen that they comes from Japan. In fact there are several practical reasons to use Japanese parts such as Brigdestone since the next season will be one-make of that Japanese company. What I cannot understand at all is the reason why the team don't give Montagny the regular seat. The french driver can work far better than Yamamoto, because he'd been a renault's test driver and he knows how to give the team feedback. on the other hand, the Japanese haven't finished even one race, although in some races resulted from the machine troubles like decrease of hydroric pressure (but in others his mistakes resulted in troubles). I think there are some fans in Japan who thinks the same thing. There are no needs for teams to have the drivers who have the same nationality as the teams. Fravio Briatore, renault's managing director, belongs to the french team while he's an italian, whose country is familiar with Ferrari. Also Jean Todt, ferrari's team principal, belongs to the italian team while he's an french. I do like the atmosphere of the team, but the team often does mysterious thing like that. thanks for reading, suguruhirahara |

Did anyone see A1GP yesterday?? Holland's gone crazy!
----------------------------------------We had our first Grand Prix at Zandvoort Circuit Park in more than 20 years. And it has never been this crowded before. More than 100.000 crazy orange guys and girls were there. We had a good chance of winning, but unfortunately Germany, USA and Australia overtook us in the last lap(s). Anyway, it was a GREAT race and the best atmoshere you can imagine! ![]() ![]() |
