Hello!
On my workstation running the UD Agent I got a FAAH WU that has a best docking energy of -25. Usually the display of best docking energy (Panel C) is ajusted to the current results graph in a way that there is always some space from the results line to the baseline. In my case the graph creeps along the baseline at -25 with no room left beneath it. Is -25 the theoretical minimum of our calculations? Or could it be less? Is it possible that my WU has results lower than -25 and is only clipping the graph to the limit that was not expected to be exceeded? Just wondering.....not an issue. Best regards Thorsten |

Is it the green line creeping with or without the red dotted line. Latter appears after first successful pass and usually causes the Y scale to expand downward, with some room below the red line. Never seen a scale that was lesser than -25, the red hovering somewhat over/above the X scale.

Is it the green line creeping with or without the red dotted line. Both red and green lines were on the x axis with a fast drop on the left of the graph and a small curve to level onto the x axis. The WU is finished now. When I wrote my post the WU was already at about 90%. The new WU behaves as all those I saw before. |

saw one WU a few days ago, that was on last pass @ 92% with green way above the red (@ -25) and green towards the end.....it must have decided that no convergence was to be had ... no further gains to be achieved, as 5 minutes later it had finished.

Have not seen lower than -25. I have 3 computersthat are crunching.
