Hi.
----------------------------------------I just wanted to ask if it is possible to allow the Anonymous Plattform - as http://boinc.berkeley.edu/anonymous_platform.php describes. So it would be possible for my fastest pc to install wcg on and crunch. This Pc is a amd64, and so can run the 32-bit binarys too, although it isnt officaly supported. Thanks in advance... brot

I'm sorry, it is not possible.
This is because you would have to build the science applications yourself, and the science applications are closed source - licensed from various laboratories in complicated agreements with WCG and the project scientists. However, the 32 bit binary should run just fine on a 64 bit machine. You will have to download the official 32 bit version of BOINC, and run it in whatever 32 bit emulation mode your operating system provides. You will know more about this than I do. |
