Problem is, you can't pack "overpowering" content into them (like graham said)
 Those sizes are more of "buttons", not really "banners" any more.The current one is 350 x 80 (still experimenting with layer positioning in the 250/300 versions) Is it still driving people nuts? |

As long as everyone keeps the signature's a reasonable size, we shouldn't have any problems... This is the main thing. We have to remember that not everyone is on cable/DSL. The more intensive the graphics, the longer it will take for people to access the forum and the less diversity of users we will have. Can I politely ask the admins to have a chat and set a "rule" about the maximum of graphic which can be used in a signature/avatar. |
