Greetings Everyone! Sorry about the enforced absence... My PC turned up its toes, slid down the curtain and joined the choir invisible! All statements to the effect it's still a going concern are, as of now, inoperative!

I started having trouble with my HPE-h9-1135 Phoenix computer last May. It has an 8 core processor and uses 350 watts of power. It was too hot to run in my "computer room" this summer. I put it back to work a few weeks ago and burned out the 4 pin connection and the mobo connection. I just got it back from HP today and started crunching again. They replaced the mobo and upgraded the power supply by 200 watts to 800. This thing is going to be stress tested for months to see if it can handle the load. The warranty is good until next August.

I lost two days reloading Windows 8.1. My Windows 8 and 8.1 image discs wouldn't work with the new motherboard. Recovery is a pain on upgraded Windows 7 installations. I'm looking for Windows 9.
