Questions about the UD agent

Where do you find the "Due Date" or Deadline to complete for the WU?

If a PC is going in the shop and you don't want anymore WU's downloaded after you upload the current WU how do you stop it from downloading a new WU?

Where can I go to find out how the UD agent program works?

TrustedDragon, if you hit the help button on the web page and search for 'weeks' it will jump to:

How long does it take for a Work Unit to time out?
2 weeks of computing time, 3 weeks of wall clock time
Display similar help items

If you dont want to receive a WU temporarily you could untick all projects in the My Projects menu on WCG (tried it and allowed me to save), or unplug while receiving a new one......long as the transmission of receipt is not complete, WCG will consider you not having any w.i.p.

Thanks for the info. I was thinking along the lines of when a WU is downloaded where do I find out the deadline for that WU to be completed and returned. Like on BOINC it gives a date/time the WU's is required to be completed and sent back.

I think you'll have to use the ol grey mass and keep the 3 weeks in mind from download time. I'm not aware of seeing a deadline. What you can see is the last time u send a WU back at "my statistics".....same mental exaustion.....plus 3 weeks.
