Hi,

I installed WCD on my mothers computer about a week ago and it's already having a slight problem. The task (proteome phase 2) gets to 9.1% complete and then freezes. It happened once before, so I cleaned out all of the computer's cache using CCleaner and restarted the computer. The task restarted, but it stopped again today at 9.1%

Her computer is a relatively new Dell (3ghz, 512ram), and I maintain it quite regularly, so I have no idea what might be causing this problem. It has run through a few other cycles/projects without any problems.

I have WCG set up on my computer in the exact same configuration as hers (minus the different usernames), but mine runs fine.

If you have any input on how to diagnose & fix this, it would be greatly appreciated.
