Only the BOINC agent does. Migrating is easy, simply head to the sign up page and chose BOINC.

Hello Jonathan Yu,
Our default client (the UD client) is very simple to use but cannot use SMP. THe BOINC client is more complex but offers many options, including multiple threads for SMP. Here is a page that explains how to switch to BOINC: http://www.unofficialworldcommunitygrid.com/toboinc.html
