I have been stuck for the last 2 weeks processsing FAAH and HPF2. THe systems just runs for hours and never moves. I thought that maybe a virus had taken control, but I see others are having the same problems. It looks like the system is taking back some tests before they are completed because I have posted a result since June 30 and now I have a new HPF2 which is at zero percent.

Se Parle, please will you tell us your device ID and the time you started the work unit (in UTC, or local time + time zone).
Is anything happening on the graphics screen? If the work unit has been stuck for more than 24 hours, then you should abort it. |
