Is the software installed on my computer automatically updating or do I need to look out for new versions and bug fixes if there are any, which I suppose there will be, in the future to cater say for new features such as multiple unit download and processing?

Updates are automatically downloaded when you receive a new workunit. There had been only one patch so far. <dataman>

The only recent update to the software was made on Nov. 26 to the Rosetta code (WCGrid_Rosetta.exe). That was distributed automagically when the WCG Agent sent in results and obtained the next work unit. If you check, the most recent release was compiled on Nov. 24 and the version number is 1.0.0.4.

Heya, is this the Dave Bell late of Extremesystems? |
