Love that video - Or God is an awesome God
----------------------------------------Those kids can sing 2 Hours without the Internet No WCG No SIP Telephone Service No FTP of my latest Coldfusion to the webserver. No Podcasts No YouTube No Ebay No Online Banking No Google No BBC.co.uk No idea just how many dollars you can get for the £ today. No email (and no spam) No wikipedia No Stumbleupon no www.meto.gov.uk No Google news or Toms Hardware no wcgwiki.org no online shopping No Msn no working from home. No idea if any of my many web projects are running. It really is amazing how useful this internet thing is. I still reckon it's just a flash in the pan though - it'll never catch on Need to get BT to run me in a second line for a bit of diverse routing .I was only teaching Jess to be a planet friendly consumer. I still think the only way to raise this issue to the fore is to organise a take your non recyclable rubbish back to the supermarket week. They would soon sit up and take notice. It's crazy that the only biodegradable plastic bags are the ones at the checkout (and they are so proud of this green inovation) practically all the rest of the plastic in the store will still be around in thousands of years to come What was wrong with the brown (recycled) paper bag? The ones at Tescos for the mushrooms would you believe have a (get this) plastic see through insert down one side so you can make sure your mushrooms are still OK every second of the trip home. They really are mushrooms in there whether you can see them or not. We've been nuisances tonight me and Jess by popping new potatoes in the bottom of the bags so when someone gets home they are in for a surprise tonight - you know they should have checked through the clear plastic window Just when did soup need to live in a last forever plastic pot instead of a fully recyclable tin can? You know with the publishing/broadcasting power of the Internet you can change the World for the better. It's good to be back online those Work Units have been delivered Night all (I do like a good rant every now and again) Dave/Dad ![]() [Edit 1 times, last edit by David Autumns at Feb 21, 2007 11:43:09 PM] |

Thank you Diana!
Your spirit is truly a needed example to me. Your welcome Jessica! BAKING! What a fon way to GIVE! (I remember (age 8) asking my mother to Bake a Cake for the Cake Walk at our School Fair. All for good! Now Dave I have an attitude of my own about the Packaging issue... I had to Return the Ram ! just got from NEWEGG.COM. Two little sticks of ram inside a BIG Box they had used to send me some parts filled with the Packing Peanuts they had used in several shipments! It was so light! $7 Just giving it back to em! Priceless! My turn to be late for work! By By Robby |

Here's hoping they were made of Starch and not Polystyrene (Oh don't get me started again) Did they come in teh kind of plastic package that requires industrial cutting tools to get inside of?

The kick for me was using the tiny 'Ram return to NEWEGG.COM' to send them back a big Box of "their own" Packaging Peanuts. (Forced Recycling LOL) The Ram however was in the type of plastic used to build those packages that cause folks to cut them selves trying to get to the 'goods'. the good part of that is that it was formed to easily snap open and shut. Also they shipped in small boxes and I have never seen Ram come wrapped with less impact... ![]() Now that I have put you all to sleep you'll miss my Welcome to WWIELER. Welcome WWIELER |

Robby I don't believe you
---------------------------------------- it was formed to easily snap open and shut that can't be right someone must have made a terrible mistake. I'm sure the easy open and shut fault will be fixed the next time around I hope you get a working set back soon Razor's and Toothbrushes - discuss. ![]() |
