sad Blue Screen of Death
Several times, after installing Agent v.3.0 (2842), I have expirenced the Blue Screen of Death on my WindowsXP pro. I haven't seen that since the NT days of the 90th. On my labtop the IR port is working inproperly too!

Please notify me when the problem has been fixed and I will re-installe this great concept again.
