Progress stuck at 93%

Hi,

One of my devices is stuck at 93%. When I double-click on the system tray icon, the task CPU time is at 236+ hours, and is still incrementing. When I click the application button to see the protein animation screen, all the results, including the "Current Progress" bar, is at 0% and there is no protein image.

Is it possible the calculations got stuck in an infinite loop? This seems to be a tough work unit because it took 3 days to get to 93% on a device rated at 104.

Does anyone know if I can force a submit of the work unit so I can get credit for my 236 hours? Any other suggestions?

Thanx.

You might want to look at the thread title:

Is this normal?

Thanks! <datman>

check Dataman's suggestion ("is this normal?" thread in New Members forum) first!: http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/viewthread?thread=718#2921

If that doesn't work... I've had 2 work units make significant progress, then freeze. I restarted my computer, and the work restarted... but the hours were reset to when progress had stopped (e.g., I ran one task for 10 hrs, reached 70%, let it run for 12 more hrs with no progress for a total of 22 hrs, restarted my computer, task continued to completion, but clock had reset to 10 hrs).
