We will be adding some additional memory to some of our servers. During this time the website will have a couple of short periods where it is unavailable. There will be a longer period of about 90 minutes where the BOINC system will be unavailable.
----------------------------------------If your agent attempts to contact our servers during this 90 minute window, then it will display a message indicating that it could not communicate with the servers. Your agent will wait a short period of time and then automatically try again. No intervention on your part is needed. thank you for your patience. This change is complete. All BOINC agents will be able to contact the servers to get new work and to report completed work.
Validation will be behind for the next 2 hours but then things will be back to normal. Thank you for your time, Kevin |
