I'm looking for someone with experience of WCG to share the captaincy of my team. I've set up a small test-group on another website for amateur photographers interested in WCG. I've found that people are very attracted to the idea of joining but about half of them are held back by the usual beginner doubts (is this safe for my computer? what steps are taken for security?).

Most people aren't motivated enough to check out the facts on the WCG website. I believe having an experienced WCG member in our team would be enough to sway many of the doubters.

The two captains would be listed together on the other website but WCG allows only one name (at the moment it's mine and I'm suggesting it makes sense to leave it that way, but I'm open to discussion).

Recruiting photographers into the white group on my diagram would be my responsibility – the other captain would handle any questions remaining after I first explained things to them. I'd like to get this in place before I open the group to a wider audience.
