I have a small question in dealing with signatures...

Where could I find my "number for URL", just like the ones in common BOINC-based projects?

Thanks for anyone who could help^^"

If you are referring to the images folks have from BOINCStats and BOINC Synergy, then to include the BOINCStats individual statistics image in your signature line, you will need to determine the correct URL to use in your signature line first. Go to www.boincstats.com, enter your username in the searchbox and click on SEARCH. When the results are returned, you will have a result for yourself across all of BOINC at the top followed by a result for each project (eg. WCG). On the entry for all of BOINC, click on the bar chart icon on the right side of the entry. Now scroll down the page until you find "URL for user signature graphic". That's the URL you will want to use in your signature line.

Getting the URL to include in your signature line for BOINC Synergy is a bit more involved that for BOINCSTats. You have to have an account with them. Go to their site - http://www.boincsynergy.com/ and click on the Synergy signatures link on the left http://www.boincsynergy.com/content/view/33/50/ to see all the details. They provide a project signature that shows statistics just for that project and a combined signature that shows statistics for all projects you crunch for.

To register, you will want to get your BOINC account number for each project (such as WCG) that you participate in. There are two ways to get that. The first is from each project's website. For WCG, go to your "My Profile" page - https://secure.worldcommunitygrid.org/ms/viewMyProfile.do and look near the bottom. The other way is to do a search on your username on the BOINC Synergy site at http://www.boincsynergy.com/stats/index.php in the box "Search for Member Name". To register, click on the "No account yet? Create one" link http://www.boincsynergy.com/component/option,com_user_extended/task,register/ just below the login. Be sure to enter your BOINC account number for each project that you crunch for. You will get an e-mail back with your id and password. Login in to the BOINC Synergy site using that info and click on the "Your Details" link http://www.boincsynergy.com/component/option,...sk,UserDetails/Itemid,21/

On the Your Details page, you can change your password (click on the UPDATE button after entering in the boxes) and you will see the URLs down at the bottom for your proect and combined signatures.

Note that statistics for the images are updated every four hours and you must have visited the site in the last 31 days (I assume this means logging in) for them to updates as well. This means you may have to wait after registering for up to four hours before you get anything with your URLs.
