Are the Sent Time and Time Due / Return Time values in my local time or UTC?

I did some cross checking between messages in my BOINC Manager and corresponding entries found on my Results Status pages. It appears that all times stated on the Results Status pages are based on UTC. Details: In the messages for BOINC Manager (my time zone is UTC-5), I find the following entry: 2/17/2006 11:59:00 PM|World Community Grid|Started download of faah0179_diversity0349_x6711_02_AD4_parameters.dat In the Results Status, I see a corresponding entry for that work unit with a Sent Time of 2/18/2006 04:59:01. The Time Due in that entry is 03/11/2006 04:59:01 which appears to have been derived from the stated Sent Time. Earlier this evening, the following message appears in the BOINC Manager: 2/17/2006 10:03:54 PM|World Community Grid|Finished upload of ek813_1F_0_0 The corresponding entry in Results Status shows a Return Time of 02/18/2006 03:04:08.
