Once again Graham you have stepped up and made another great certifiate. You never seem to amaze me, and yet you have so much to do as it is.
I think Dave has a good idea though about making it acessible so someone not as tech savvy as you would be able to make the certificate and take some of the load off of you! Anyhow nice job on it! |

 There has been a number of requests for a mini milestone certificate To be issued at 50,000 Points to show out appreciation for the small crunchers on MyOnlineTeam I hope this meets with your approval Guys Your comments are most welcomeGraham -- First off, I really like the idea of awarding at the earlier levels. I think the certificate looks great, but I would get rid of the word "Mini". For a person with only a single PC, it represents a couple months of dedicated crunching and the word mini kind of makes it look less than we really feel. Perhaps "First Milestone" or something like that might work. Next, while we all appreciate the great graphics work you do, this will only add to your workload. Is there some way that you could set this up so that a dummy like me might be able to edit a member's name into it to save you the extra work? With everything else you have added to your workload by becoming the team captain, the last thing you need is more work! Anyway, as I said earlier -- great idea! Fixed |

Hi AlThe job would require someone that has some experience with Graphics The image would be required to be loaded into an Image editing program Photoshop or Paintshop Pro would not be suitable The Member Name, Member Points and Date would need to be added It would then need to be saved as a compressed .jpg image It would also require them to have a hosting service The file would then need to be uploaded to the service to enable it to be displayed in the Team Thread Who ever undertakes this task, would also have to be available to check the 12:00am GMT stats every night to enable them to see who has qualified for a Milestone Certificates Then they would need to create them and then post them in the Team Thread Any volunteers[Edit 2 times, last edit by Former Member at Mar 6, 2006 12:07:26 AM] |
