Okay, I've been experimenting. The thought was to use the narrower background that Dave uses to report the team results now but do TWO images, one user and one team, both with stars. Here's the results for me:



You'll have to position the stars after your name as usual but I used 212 for the X value for [STAT] Total CPU Time [STAT] Total Points [STAT] Results Returned [STAT] Avg. CPU Time under User Stats. That lined it up nicely with the WCG URL. BTW, you leave the team name out of this image.

For the Team image, I used the same X value for the stats but under Team Stats. Username was left blank this time. The Team Stars are at 100,0. Even simpler, use sig.sx.am/3ja.png for this This way, you have stars for both user and team looking nice. The overall image is wider as you can see compared to my sig image below.

Should give folks some nice options this way.

Your suggestion would be like all the members of a team all coming out in different coloured jerseys
Incidentally the small banner was supplied for Dave Bell's exclusive use for the nightly stats update and was not intended for the use of the members
I put it in my sig temporarily to view the modifications to it
