work unit taking too long

my wife's grid agent crunched a unit to 24% in one day (normally finishes one unit per day) but has only progressed 5% over the next 10 days, despite rebooting (doesn't appear to be due to CPU cycles being used by other programs or from malware).

Rather than lose credit for the time spent, I wanted to transfer the work unit to my grid agent (new-ish laptop) and start her agent on a new unit. I know this can be done; I've done it before, but I can't figure out how, nor can I find the forum post that walked me through it...

Anyone?
