my wife's grid agent crunched a unit to 24% in one day (normally finishes one unit per day) but has only progressed 5% over the next 10 days, despite rebooting (doesn't appear to be due to CPU cycles being used by other programs or from malware).
----------------------------------------Rather than lose credit for the time spent, I wanted to transfer the work unit to my grid agent (new-ish laptop) and start her agent on a new unit. I know this can be done; I've done it before, but I can't figure out how, nor can I find the forum post that walked me through it... Anyone?
