Never mind the smilies. This should be a serious effort. As with any new venture there are problems. You are not addressing them. You have years of experience with SETI. Shame on you IBM. You know better. Your explanations and instructions are silly. Enough said. godbye.

If these folks can't iron out whatever's hosing the project soon I'll be switching to another DC project too. |

Looks like ya not the only one
if it doesnt get fixed soon, i think most of em will find better ways to use their spare cpu cycle`s :( |

I unquit. As someone said in another post. "its tacky to respond to your own posting." I still have complaints, but the major problem (numerous aborts for any given user) seems to have been resolved. I suggest a change in the forums.
1. Get rid of Member News (last updated Nov. 16) who function in life is: "The latest on system status, agent features, bug info etc."  2. Add a formum on technical questions. 3. Give us a lot more information. For instance what do the aqua and orange envelopes mean in the first column of a forum. How do I get something neat in the second column. No doubt I didn't read the instruction. By the way - where are they? |
