incorrect hard drive sizing

My program says i only have 20mb available when I have it installed on a 160Gb HDD with practically nothing on it!

It hasn't changed profile after 5 units done. What is up with that?

Re: incorrect hard drive sizing

On the information page click on 'view my profile' and then profile name (eg default) and you can change the amount of memory you make available to the client.

Other than that, no idea smile

Re: incorrect hard drive sizing

The amount availabe that is shown in the device information under storage, is the amount that you have have allocated to the program in your device profile. If you want to change it click "View your device list" then click on the profile you have (most likely default), then at the top you will see "Hard Drive Space to allocate".

Once you change it you will not see the update on your agent until you complete the current task and start a new one.

Hope this helps...
