Re: smile smile smile Join "My Online Team" Today smile smile smile

I chopped up a static image to create this
This took 5 hours to do and got me really exasperated
It took 43 frames to get it to animate smoothly
smile What do you think?

Re: smile smile smile Join "My Online Team" Today (Chapter 10) smile smile smile

You know what I like about this team it's the fact that no one takes their foot off the accelerator (the gas pedal flag) at the weekend

Just look at these figures

12/19/2005 1:073:07:43:01 272,456 1,322
12/18/2005 1:038:01:23:13 247,266 1,244
12/17/2005 1:076:17:39:58 270,926 1,365
12/16/2005 1:064:12:35:33 261,431 1,287
12/15/2005 1:085:17:14:39 279,814 1,310
12/14/2005 1:077:04:43:07 274,486 1,341
12/13/2005 1:097:19:00:26 286,323 1,375

Given the vagaries of the Work Unit sizes

I'm sure you will concur with the conclusion that our incredibly consistant crunching crew create calculations which confer considerable caché which no-one could curb - and this is the crux of our success biggrin .

Your crazy captain's cranium now needs a cappuccino coffee

Excellent animation Graham - think you'll need to work on your technique though, what on earth is that black queen doing? wink

biggrin This creative correlation of consistency is so concisely, carefully and considerably well constructed, that comfortable, casual, capable, carefree crunchers cannot conceivably consider contributing their cache of spare computer cycles to a more credibly conscientious crew of crunchers than MyOnlineTeam

Graham

That gif animation shows what a person can do with the tools at hand. I remember long ago looking at the brickwork at Hamton Court Palace and wondering how anyone without a brick saw could shape the brick so precisely (over the arches in particular) that they could have been put together with super-glue rather than mortar. I admire craftsmanship of that caliber.

Have you taken a look at "Flash"? I know that it cannot be used here but it has some extensive tools that, were they in your hands, could do some really artful things. Note that the Flash generator is not the only tool with which you can generate .swf s that play with the flash player.

Regards... and complements as usual. smile
